RESERVED LOT PLAN:

$100.00 Deposit Required.
No Refunds after November 1st.
Balance due in full January 1st or upon arrival.
Rent begins on all reserved lots January 1st or upon your arrival if before January 1st.

SINGLE PAY PLAN:

3 Months $1495.00

4 Months 1820.00

5 Months 2085.00

6 Months 2275.00

6/6 PLAN FOR RV LOTS 1-37 $2100.00

Monthly $450.00

PLUS METERED ELECTRICITY

$200.00 for each additional month (April - September) All reserved lot rent is due in full January 1st. Reservations can be made for Single Pay Stay of 3 months or more. You can have the same lot for the next season if you reserve the lot by January 31st.

Two Pets per lot 25 lbs or under is allowed. You must pick up after your pet.

The above rates are for two people. A surcharge of $2.00 per additional person for each day will apply. Each person must register in the office.

Sewer hoses must have a rubber donut at the sewer connection. Free summer storage is provided with a 6 month or longer stay. Less than 6 month stays, we can offer storage for $15.00 per month in the "Bull Pen".

Reminder - RESERVATION DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AFTER NOVEMBER 1st.
